Delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods takes place in the above-mentioned delivery time, after conclusion of the contract (with agreed advance payment after the time of your receipt of payment). Delivery to other countries can take an additional 2-14 working days after conclusion of the contract and payment made (see table above). If a different delivery time is specified on a product page, this applies to the product.

Please note that there is no delivery or onward transport on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you.

The availability of payment methods can vary depending on the delivery address. You can see a list of the available payment methods for your country during the checkout process.

Orders by bank transfer are processed by our payment service provider and will only be confirmed by us after we have successfully received payment, provided the desired goods are still available at this time.
